What We’ve Achieved
We oversee the project management for the updates to the City of Unalakleet's fuel tank farm. This involves updating crucial business documents, addressing 15 years of deferred maintenance, and ensuring the City and stakeholders comply with the USCG, DEC, and other regulatory entities.
We secured and managed a $950,000 grant awarded to improve the community of Unalakleet’s water treatment plant.
Implemented an initiative to create additional short-term housing and revenue stream for the City of Unalakleet by securing a grant for $300,000 for two 3-bedroom cabins to be constructed.
Secured a total of $70,000 towards road improvement efforts, aimed to provide safe access to out-of-town subsistence areas.
Secured funding for water line improvements for Nome Preschool.
Assisted Unalakleet Covenant Church in securing funding for remodeling.
Advising entities in matters relating to best practice actions, HR issues, and other administrative tasks.
